What customers need to do?

All claims for lost or damaged goods must be notified to TITAN within 24 hours after delivery.

If the product has a quality problem, please provide a picture of the product (warm reminder: clearly show the situation of all products in photo, and contact our after-sales department for relevant processing).

When the return authorization code (RMA) is issued, the customer has 30 days to return it.

 

Applicability of returns and refunds

The special statement, the following circumstances will not be processed for return

1. Any product not sold by TITAN

2. Any product that has quality problems due to improper use or storage by the customer

 

Time limit for accepting returns

The product must be returned within 30 days after the delivery date.

 

How soon will the customer receive a refund

After receiving the returned product. If there is no type of damage to the product, the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.

The financial review time is 3 working days from the date when the user applies for a refund.

After the review is passed, the refund will be directly refunded to your designated account.
